Easy & Delicious Pesto Recipe

Packed with green magic, this will keep in the fridge for a few days. Drizzle it over fish, chicken, eggs, salad, tofu, toast or salad. I've been know to take a spoonful as a tasty palate cleanser.

  • 1 large bunch coriander

  • 1 large bunch parsley

  • 2/3 cup or 160 ml of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds

  • 1 handful pine nuts

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • Sprinkle of black sesame seeds

  • Good dose of Herbamare seasoning

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and enjoy!
